When we endeavor to adventure into the magical regions of our imaginations, just about anything can happen. The excitement expands exponentially when we include our friends. What happens, though, when our fantasies intermingle? Euphoria for one may be spelled C-R-I-N-G-E to another. We all have a right to feel comfortable in our gaming. We all have a right to feel uncomfortable in our gaming, too. Players should be able to do anything they want in pursuit of fun, but not to the extent that others are no longer having fun.

The idea is simple: Game Masters can present the sheet to the party to fill out and return, detailing their respective comfort levels with a myriad of potential scenarios. Blanks are provided to allow for write-in concepts. You can download a copy from their store for free, including a form-fillable PDF.
